  • User content: Text you submit for transcription, generated transcription results, and your transcription history (if logged in).
  • Subscription data: Subscription status and related billing metadata. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card details.
  • Analytics data: We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect usage information such as pages visited, session duration, device type, and approximate location. This data may involve cookies or device identifiers and is used to understand how the Service is used.
  • Cookies and local storage: We use cookies and browser storage to maintain login sessions, remember preferences (such as colour scheme), and improve performance.
